  As a professional manufacturer of warehouse and logistics equipment and storage racks, we focus on service‑oriented marketing. We attach great importance to response speed and service quality to free our customers from worries about logistics equipment operation. We have set up a dedicated customer‑service department to handle customer inquiries and complaints.

  1. Warranty Period

  Our products come with a 1‑year warranty. Within the warranty period, we provide free repair or replacement for defects caused by product‑quality issues.

  Damage caused by human factors such as forklift collision or over‑loading is not covered under warranty.Even so, Jufei Industrial still provides timely replacement service, charging only for material costs with no labor fees.

  Covered warranty items include deformed uprights, deformed beams, paint peeling, and simple structural failures of logistics trolleys.

  2. Service Life Guarantee

  The guaranteed service life for storage racks is 8 years. For auto‑parts turnover carts,stacking racks, storage cages and logistics trolleys, the guaranteed service life is 3‑5 years under normal operating conditions(excluding force‑majeure events). Customers shall ensure the equipment is operated properly under normal conditions with necessary maintenance and correct usage.

  3. Response Time

  We will respond to customer calls within 2 hours upon receipt of requests. Our technical staff will be arranged for on‑site troubleshooting within 48 hours. Product replacement for quality‑related issues will be finished within one week.Customers will be notified in advance by phone or email for special circumstances.

  4. Regular Inspection Service

  Within one month after new‑rack installation, our after‑sales supervisor will conduct an on‑site inspection to check installation quality and operating status. Irregular site visits will be carried out within the following three years to monitor equipment condition and safety performance.

  For newly‑delivered storage equipment such as material racks and storage cages, we will follow up by phone within one month after delivery to learn about product performance and potential quality concerns.
